If a tracking number to your order was assigned, it means your package has been successfully shipped and your order is on its way. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until the shipment reaches your local post office, so sometimes it may show you Origin preparing shipment’. During the COVID crisis tracking updates have been less reliable – postal providers optimize and speed-up their operations worldwide by skipping package scanning, on top of that they are dealing with other COVID restrictions

When will I receive my tracking code

Upon checking out, your order is dispatched within 3 hours. We will email you your parcel tracking number within 12 – 48 hours after your order has been received. 

Waiver Signature

As of March 2020, none of our packages require a signature upon delivery. We will deliver your package to your mailbox.

The Dreaded PROCESSED BY ORIGIN – Most countries are not scanning a package as it leaves the country as a COVID restriction. On top of that, many other countries are not scanning a parcel until it has been handed over to the local courier.

1. After paying for your order – You shall receive an order confirmation email

2. You shall receive a second email 12-48 hours later containing your tracking code

3. A third email when your shipment is our for delivery

Reships

If your item is not delivered within 30 days, or does not arrive for any reason, we will reship for free within 2 days and have your new tracking code on the third day

Refunds

If the second shipment does not make it, we will issue a refund

Yes, we’re happy to offer shipping to PO boxes for all of our customers. When you reach the stage that you need to enter your shipping address, enter the address of your PO box for your products to be shipped to this location.
