If a tracking number to your order was assigned, it means your package has been successfully shipped and your order status is In Transit. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until the shipment reaches your local post office, so sometimes it may show you “Unknown”, “Pending”, “Not found”, or “Tracking does not exist”. During the COVID crisis tracking updates have been less reliable – postal providers optimize and speed-up their operations worldwide by skipping package scanning.

When will I receive my tracking code

Upon checking out, your order is dispatched within 3 hours. We will email you your parcel tracking number within 24 – 48 hours after your order has been received. (Up to 48 in rare ocassions)

Waiver Signature

As of March 2020, none of our packages require a signature upon delivery. We will deliver your package to your mailbox.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Poskpaks?

Yes, we’re happy to offer shipping to both for all of our customers. When you reach the stage that you need to enter your shipping address, enter the address of your PO box for your products to be shipped to this location.
