DHL is running as normal so all orders for these countries will automatically be sent via Singapore DHL, we have lowered the price of DHL to absorb the extra cost of this
For about the last 6 months due to covid restrictions, EMS have been very lenient on requiring someone to sign for a delivered package. EMS still state they do not always require someone to sign for/confirm delivery during Covid, but we have noticed an increase in EMS requiring someone to sign for/confirm the delivery of a package. We typically request to waiver signature to make it easier for you but with this rise we have noticed, please prepare by keeping an eye on your tracking and if you will not be at the delivery address during the delivery time, prepare by leaving a note for the courier stating you waiver signature.
